We're Jenn & Todd — a Gen X couple in Southern California who got tired of being told that midlife means downhill. So we stopped accepting it and started running a real optimization protocol. Then we started documenting all of it.

The double meaning is the point. Stacked is the physique. Stacked is the protocol. And stacked is two people holding each other accountable to the same standard — different goals, shared discipline.
